At Sernova LLC, our mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner truth, heal from within, and transform their lives through both wellness coaching and personal training that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. We guide those feeling lost or stuck toward clarity, balance, and lasting self-alignment—so they can live healthy full lives authentically, and with purpose.

Founder

My name is Shane D. Melton—a life coach and certified personal trainer committed to helping you love yourself, your journey, and the life you're building. My mission is to guide others toward wholeness so they can truly flourish as the powerful beings they are.But don't let my confidence fool you—my path here wasn’t easy.I found what really mattered after working 3 jobs and balancing education. At 18, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Then, when the world shut down during COVID, my world collapsed further. I was left alone with my thoughts, my trauma, and years of unhealed pain. I had always struggled with my weight and never had real guidance on what being “healthy” truly meant—physically, emotionally, or spiritually.Stuck inside, I was forced to face the parts of myself I had long avoided. It was painful. But it was also transformative.I realized that when you hit rock bottom, the only way forward is up. In that process, I found my purpose: to become a personal trainer and life coach—not for fame, but for real impact.Because let’s be honest—this world is full of trauma, confusion, and silent battles. I’ve lived through mine. I know what it’s like to feel lost, powerless, and stuck in survival mode. But I also know the power of transformation.Now, I dedicate my life to helping others rediscover their strength, embrace their healing, and find clarity, serenity, and harmony within.You’re not alone.
